Hand Lettering Starter Pen Pack - 5 pc Set
Hand Lettering Starter Pen Pack - 5 pc Set
If you are ready to start hand lettering, this is the pen set for you! I hand selected my favorite lettering pens and markers and created this starter set just for beginners. Get everything you need in one pack. This set pairs perfectly with the Hand Lettering For Beginners workbook. This allows you to try the different markers out and decide which one you like best. Or, if you are like me, you love them all and use a different pen for different projects.
This 5 pc set includes:
1 - Tombow 4B Mono Drafting Pencil - great for sketching your designs out. I recommend doing this when starting out. This allows you to make any corrections you want before going over it in pen or marker.
1 - Tombow Mono Plastic eraser. These are soft erasers that will remove unwanted pencil lines.
1 - Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen - Black - This is my favorite lettering pen for lettering on paper. Use this pen for Faux Calligraphy or brush lettering. The tip is smaller in size and will make more precise letters. It works great for lettering on paper. These are also available in color. Packs sold separately in my online shop.
1 - Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen - Color - This medium brush pen is great for lettering on paper or on wood signs. Made with India Ink so it is highly pigmented. This marker is great for smaller brush lettering. I include this one in color to make your lettering practice more fun. Color may vary.
1 - Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen Dual Marker - Black - this large brush pen is great for brush lettering on paper or lettering on wood signs and door hangers. Made with India Ink so it is highly pigmented. I use it for all the black lettering on my signs. The new dual brush marker is like 2 markers in one! Brush tip on one side and a fine tipped mono pen on the other side. The fine tipped side can be used to make small accents, corrections or use it when practicing faux calligraphy or print.
*If using the Faber-Castell markers on craft projects or signs that need to be sealed, be sure to use a spray sealer so the marker doesn't smear.
